House Rules
We prepare the house with all our care, attention to detail and tailored to our guests. We ask you to look after it with the same care and in the best way possible.
Please show your respect the neighbors not making too much noise after 22h.
We can be flexible with the check-in and check-out timings provided they do not conflict with other bookings.
Reservation Policy
1. Minimum stay 27 nights, maximum stay one year (we can accept other periods subject to conditions to be agreed).
2. Fortnightly contracts, that is, if you enter during the first half of the month the reservation starts on the 1st, if you enter the second half of the month the reservation starts on the 15th.
3. The apartment has a capacity for four people, however there will be an extra price for the third and fourth renters.
4. At the time of booking, payment of one month’s rent and at the time of check-in, payment of one month’s deposit (to be returned at the end of the contract, checking the full payment of rents, as well as the good condition of the apartment). Thereafter the rent must be paid by the 8th of each month.
5. Wifi (good speed with fiber optics) and TV included.
6. Water and electricity bills are not included, but we can agree a price for this if you wish to include these bills.
7. We can also arrange a weekly cleaning, with change of bed linen and towels, for a price to be agreed.
8. Cancellation policy: up to 60 days before the start of the rental 100% refund of the first rent; up to 30 days before the start of the rental 50% refund of the first rent; cancellations made during the 30 days prior to the start of the rental are not entitled to a refund of the first rent.
The apartment will only be reserved after the first payment.
