House Rules
We prepare the house with all our care, attention to detail and tailored to our guests. We ask you to look after it with the same care and in the best way possible.
Please show your respect the neighbors not making too much noise after 22h.
We can be flexible with the check-in and check-out timings provided they do not conflict with other bookings.

– Daily housekeeping is not provided but for stays longer than a week, we offer an extra cleaning with changing of sheets and towels.

– The Lisbon City Council created on January 1st, 2016, a fee for all visitors ‘City Tax’. This fee is charged by the hotels or the owners of rental apartments to be delivered/paid in full to the Lisbon City Council. It´s value is 4€ per visitor (older than 13) per day, a maximum of 28€ per visitor.

Reservation Policy
To confirm your reservation you have to make a 25% payment of the total amount, non-refundable. The apartment will only be booked for you after this first payment. Send us an email to get more information.

For more than two guests, there will be an extra payment.
Babies (0 to 2 years) are free.

City Tax will be charged upon Check-In.
